An abundance of blueberry fruit and liquorice spice dominates with seductive jasmine and lemon blossom appeal on entry. Intriguing aromas of delicate mint, sprinkled aniseed and young, green fennel adds to this unique and intriguing creation.
Broad, smooth, silky, and creamy. The captivating mid-palate has a firm texture and lovely tension that lends the wine a fresh, crushed-stone sensation and a seamless, extended finish. Broad, smooth, silky and creamy. Firm as a red, elegant as a white, but it is neither, it is a Solo.
