Villion Cabernet Franc 2015
Tasting Notes
Dark paprika spice entry enriched with blackcurrant, ripe black cherries and newly polished leather. Herbal notes of dried tobacco leaf and roasted almonds completes this captivating and layered bouquet.
Mouth filling entry, surprisingly fresh red-cherry fruit acidity. Subtle, sweet dark chocolate cacao tannin supports the gentle and perfectly balanced youthful velvety grip on the finish. Stylish and well-structured, the reflection of a true classic.
Delightful already but will reward amply with a richer experience within the next 5-12 years. Decanting recommended.
