Villion Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Tasting Notes

An intense blackcurrant, fruity dominance on the entry supported by an explosion of paprika spice and ground green coffee beans. Beautifully multi-layered with hints of white chocolate, dusty red cherries and freshly picked raspberries. Aromas of pomegranate and rooibos bush attest to the wine’s youthfulness. The perfectly judged oak adds spice and graphite, giving the wine an earthy complexity.

Medium bodied in style with a delicate and delightful mouth-filling succulence. Roasted cocoa texture with a prolonged finish of red berry fruit freshness. Firm yet rounded with a youthful, grippy finish. Stylish and well-structured, the reflection of a true classic.
